Description

  • Resolve Level 2 incidents, service requests, and escalations across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Administer Windows endpoints, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and business applications.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, licensing, security, and compliance.
  • Deploy and manage endpoints, applications, policies, patching, monitoring, automation, and remediation using Intune and RMM tools.
  • Monitor security alerts, endpoint protection, backups, disaster recovery readiness, and VPN connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Remote Desktop Services, RemoteApps, PDF licensing, email signatures, and third-party applications.
  • Participate in client onboarding, Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology improvement projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and client records.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders while meeting service-level agreements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Level 2 support, systems administration, or managed IT services.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows endpoints, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud services, and business applications.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, and PowerShell.
  • Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, licensing, security, and compliance.
  • Experience with infrastructure and cloud projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, endpoint deployments, Intune implementations, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Knowledge of IT security, identity and access management, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and change management.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage, NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Veeam, or comparable platforms.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote connectivity.
  • Strong communication, analytical, prioritization, documentation, and customer-service skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, networking, or security certifications and experience with tools such as ThreatLocker, Huntress, CIPP, ImmyBot, or Azure are preferred.
