Description

  • Own and continuously evolve the company’s content strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Translate business priorities, audience needs, search opportunities, and campaign objectives into content plans.
  • Create website copy, articles, LinkedIn posts, email copy, campaign assets, case studies, and sales-support materials.
  • Develop lead magnets and ghostwrite founder or leadership thought-leadership content.
  • Own campaign landing-page messaging, content structure, and written copy.
  • Lead content-led SEO, including research, briefs, topic clusters, optimisation, and content refreshes.
  • Own and develop the content-led AEO and GEO strategy for search and AI visibility.
  • Maintain editorial standards, edit content from internal and external contributors, and publish/update content in the CMS.
  • Monitor performance data and report on engagement, visibility, leads, and conversions with the Digital Marketer.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, content writing, or a closely related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio of high-quality long-form and short-form B2B content.
  • Proven experience developing content strategies and editorial plans.
  • Experience creating campaign content, lead magnets, and conversion-focused copy.
  • Experience ghostwriting for founders or senior leaders.
  • Experience managing content from research and ideation through writing, approval, publication, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword and topic research, search intent analysis, content briefs, and on-page optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of schema and structured data.
  • Experience with a CMS and/or HubSpot, plus tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience within B2B services, technology, agency, or professional-services environments (preferred).
  • Experience improving content visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with paid media, demand generation, design, development, and sales teams (preferred).
  • Experience managing freelance writers, designers, or other external content contributors (preferred).
