Description

  • Manage a steady pipeline of company-provided leads through the full conversion cycle from first contact to close.
  • Engage retail investors through phone calls, Zoom consultations, and in-person meetings for high-ticket accounts.
  • Educate prospects on investment opportunities and move them toward commitment.
  • Lead and participate in investor webinars, live seminars, and other educational events.
  • Help organize and host events that build trust and support investor conversion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned investors and maintain ongoing relationship management.
  • Keep investors informed about project milestones and reinvestment opportunities.
  • Track lead progression, pipeline activity, and CRM records to maintain accurate sales visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail investment sales, insurance, real estate, or high-ticket brokerage.
  • Experience in closing deals and asking for commitment directly.
  • Comfortable presenting on camera for webinars and speaking confidently in live events.
  • Ability to explain ROI, tax incentives, and the mechanics of green investments to everyday investors.
  • Self-starter with strong energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools.
  • Interest in working in a mission-driven, environmental investment setting.
