Description

  • Refine and execute the territory sales strategy to meet business goals.
  • Identify, recruit, attain, and manage channel partners and industry thought leaders.
  • Conduct joint sales calls and support partner sales activities.
  • Promote marketing programs, conduct trainings, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and other industry events.
  • Establish performance measures and evaluate the effectiveness of channel partners, Manufacturers’ Reps, and related programs.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions.
  • Contribute to the development, refinement, and execution of channel marketing programs and sales tools.
  • Develop and maintain forecast reporting and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of CEDIA or proAV channel management experience.
  • Prior sales experience with LED or LCD displays strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with a two-tier distribution model preferred.
  • Proven success selling and forecasting sales in a territory.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com for PC, tablet, and mobile applications preferred.
  • Familiarity with productivity and communication tools such as Salesforce Chatter, Teams, and social media preferred.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
