Description

  • Design and develop AI solutions end to end, from experiments and prototypes to production-ready systems.
  • Conduct research and development to explore new AI tools and methods and turn validated ideas into working solutions.
  • Build proofs of concept, tests, and experiments to evaluate AI approaches and implementation options.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI solutions effectively.
  • Document solutions, experiments, and best practices to strengthen company-wide AI knowledge.
  • Advise internal teams on AI adoption, tools, and implementation strategies.
  • Lead or participate in internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support the company’s AI growth by guiding teams in adopting AI practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python and production backend experience.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, LangChain, n8n, and AI feature development.
  • Experience testing and evaluating GenAI systems, with code quality as a baseline.
  • Strong SQL skills and practical experience with vector databases and embeddings.
  • Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, including implementing basic models and gradient descent from scratch.
  • Ability to own initiatives end to end and work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile workflows and balancing R&D with delivery priorities.
  • Excellent technical communication, documentation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Preferred: experience in ML tasks such as feature engineering, imbalanced datasets, and data prep.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with visual AI workflows, model fine-tuning, agent orchestration, and evaluation.
  • Preferred: exposure to data engineering, including pipelines, transformations, and warehouse/lake/lakehouse environments.
  • Preferred: architecture documentation experience using C4, ADR, or similar decision-capture patterns.
  • Preferred: experience across JavaScript/Node.js and .NET.
  • Preferred: cloud and deployment knowledge with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Preferred: R&D experience with PoCs and demos, plus client-facing or presales exposure.
  • Power user of modern AI coding tools using agentic and spec-driven workflows.
  • Passion for AI coding demonstrated through side projects, experimentation, and autonomous coding practices.
