Description

  • Own the architecture, scaling, and execution of Digital Menu Board solutions for global QSR brands.
  • Lead, mentor, and technically manage an agile engineering team.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and remove technical blockers.
  • Define, document, and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural patterns.
  • Architect and scale high-performance platform features and services for enterprise clients.
  • Own and execute the internationalization strategy for regional, language, and localization needs.
  • Drive architecture discussions and make technical decisions for future platform enhancements and system scaling.
  • Partner with DevOps, Product Management, and executive stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
  • Support cloud infrastructure deployments and scalability initiatives with DevOps teams.
  • Travel occasionally to collaborate with clients, regional hubs, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring peers.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong backend experience with NestJS and Express.
  • Strong architectural knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework: Angular, React, or Svelte.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and implementing robust i18n frameworks for global application deployment.
  • Experience designing cloud-based infrastructure for distributed applications.
  • Experience with dependency injection patterns, such as tsyringe.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code is desirable.
  • Experience building, extending, or scaling global Content Management Systems (CMS) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Digital Signage platforms, IoT devices, or restaurant technology solutions is desirable.
