Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and execution to support smooth team delivery.
  • Support Agile and Scrum processes, ceremonies, and team workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to align delivery with business goals.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable goals and team improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines.
  • Support the team’s migration to Jira and promote effective Jira usage.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolutions.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal and client stakeholders.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and transparency.
  • Support professional growth and successful delivery within the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Experience coordinating software development projects in Agile environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, Agile metrics, and team performance tracking.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risks, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Experience supporting Jira migration and driving adoption is desirable.
  • Relevant Agile or PM certifications are desirable.
