Description

  • Shape SAP Fioneer’s future strategy for the financial services market through co-innovation projects with clients.
  • Define the business value proposition for leading banks and insurance companies.
  • Build credibility in client discussions and support business development opportunities.
  • Analyze business needs with C-level stakeholders and help shape their transformation journeys.
  • Co-create new solutions and extend SAP Fioneer’s product footprint and services at client accounts.
  • Own complex end-to-end transformation and co-innovation projects at the intersection of business and IT.
  • Lead negotiation and coordinate joint delivery with partners and third parties.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client challenges and deliver results.
  • Guide and support teams in working with senior stakeholders across the client organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience shaping and/or delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurance companies.
  • Experience in international strategy or IT consultancies, financial services, or related fields.
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including third parties.
  • Expertise in one of the following areas: core banking and payments, lending, bank management including risk, or insurance finance.
  • Ability to proactively engage and discuss new solutions with C-level management, sales teams, and product engineering departments.
  • Ability to lead and guide a motivated team.
  • Proven contribution to sales of digital transformation projects at large banks or insurers.
  • Strong network in the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a passion for financial markets and business strategy.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, mathematics, commerce, or a STEM field.
