Description

  • Own new-hire onboarding plans and day-one introductions with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and audit ATS, HRIS, and connected people systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for All Hands, Learning Days, and team-building events.
  • Manage engagement and pulse surveys and help synthesize findings.
  • Own the training calendar, develop materials, deliver live sessions, and administer the LMS.
  • Automate and simplify People workflows using AI tools.
  • Provide first-line employee support for training, onboarding, and events.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Co-own operational processes across payroll, benefits, equity, and compliance as applicable.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, payroll, or a related administrative role.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Polished written communication and working-hours overlap with US and European colleagues.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity in a growing company.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll or global employment compliance, preferably in Switzerland, Ireland, or other EU markets.
  • Recruiting coordination or interview scheduling experience, preferably with Greenhouse.
  • Experience with equity administration, Carta, PEO/EOR providers, or international tax offices; software, SaaS, developer-tooling, agentic AI, or professional French experience is preferred.
