Description

  • Act as lead consultant on customer engagements involving multiple project teams.
  • Define customer requirements and integration points within the statement of work.
  • Oversee project delivery, including scope, tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, change requests, and estimated costs.
  • Manage day-to-day project administration from inception to closure.
  • Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams and manage expectations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through successful delivery of the agreed project scope.
  • Compile customer requests and deployment issues and feed them back into core products.
  • Serve as the central client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document post-mortem findings and share lessons learned, best practices, and resources.
  • Provide oversight for services engagements to ensure governance standards are met.
  • Coordinate escalations across sales, services, and product teams.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and additional sales opportunities across projects.

Requirements

  • Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with AEM or AEP preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations.
  • Experience in client-facing project management within an agency or professional services environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior client executives, including CMOs and CXOs.
  • Experience managing complex, high-traffic service launches and operations in ambiguous environments.
  • Prior experience launching and operating a highly available, high-traffic internet or mobile service.
  • Ability to understand the impact of technical changes and explain high-level technical solutions to business problems.
  • Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies; agile project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel 40-60%.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront is highly desired.

Benefits

  • Anticipated hourly rate of $65-$75 based on a 20-hour workweek and leveling.
  • US remote salary range of $94,500-$145,000 USD based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
