Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of localization projects across software, marketing, and multimedia content.
  • Own project quality, timelines, budgets, and risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for project-related communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, linguists, publishers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare project quotes, allocate resources, and define success metrics aligned to client goals.
  • Provide timely status reports and project insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to scope and price new opportunities.
  • Ensure administrative tasks and delivery processes are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to organize complex workflows and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving.
  • Tech-comfortable and familiar with Microsoft Project and project management platforms.
  • Experience with translation memory tools or TMS platforms (preferred).
  • PMP certification or a similar project management credential (preferred).
  • Fluency in more than one language (preferred).
  • Experience working with global or multilingual teams (preferred).
