Description

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across the full funnel for enterprise retail and CPG buyers.
  • Own paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels, including budget allocation and performance management.
  • Develop and run account-based marketing campaigns for expansion accounts and new logo targets.
  • Own HubSpot as the marketing automation and CRM intelligence layer.
  • Build, optimize, and monitor nurture programs, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring models.
  • Maintain lead lifecycle processes and ensure clean handoffs to Sales with clear definitions and SLA adherence.
  • Track and report weekly pipeline metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and cost per acquisition.
  • Build reporting dashboards that provide real-time pipeline visibility to sales leadership.
  • Translate strategic marketing plans into campaign briefs, timelines, and channel-ready assets.
  • Drive event-based demand generation tied to industry conferences, webinars, and owned event activations.
  • Partner with Content, Product Marketing, WebFX, and Sales to align messaging, conversion, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Proven record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact, not just lead volume.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required; admin-level expertise preferred.
  • Strong digital advertising experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and paid budget management.
  • ABM experience with account selection, multi-touch sequencing, and sales coordination.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to measure performance, cut what is not working, and iterate based on data.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute across a complex campaign calendar.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in retail, CPG, supply chain, or adjacent industries is preferred.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with intent data tools such as 6sense, Bombora, or Demandbase is preferred.
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
