Description

  • Generate qualified leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification sessions to understand customer needs and forecast accurately.
  • Negotiate pricing, packaging, and contractual terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain disciplined sales activity to ensure consistent top-of-funnel input.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce to ensure coverage and accurate forecasting.
  • Participate in deal reviews and pre-call planning for new and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to support smooth handoffs from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Activate existing customers for referrals and expansion opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and adopt new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Experience selling to SLED markets.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering value.
  • Must be located in New York or the DMV area.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with standard travel expenses covered by the company.
