Description

  • Own and exceed new-logo enterprise sales targets.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Develop targeted account campaigns with SDRs, channel partners, and internal sales resources.
  • Present consultative cybersecurity solutions to C-level executives, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and VPs.
  • Build and maintain a 5x sales pipeline through data-driven prospecting and territory planning.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM data, and disciplined sales execution.
  • Use AI-powered sales tools and automated insights to improve prospecting and account planning.
  • Monitor information security trends, emerging technologies, and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory for client meetings, partner engagements, QBRs, and industry events.
  • Establish target accounts and sales strategies during the first 90 days, progressing toward a 5x pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue quotas by closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Experience using a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to lead multi-threaded sales strategies focused on business value, business problems, and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to coordinate solution architects, executive sponsors, domain experts, and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Experience with strategic prospecting, cold outreach, account planning, and territory management.
  • Strong understanding of information security developments, industry trends, and evolving cyber threats.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned Southwest territory.
  • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office and pass a pre-employment background check.

  • Base salary of $130,000–$150,000 with $260,000–$300,000 OTE on a 50/50 base-commission split.
