Description

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting high-potential dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Use the MEDDIC sales methodology to qualify opportunities, structure deals, and close business efficiently.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that communicate Dealerware’s impact on dealership operations and profitability.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships, dealer groups, and OEMs.
  • Lead contract negotiations on pricing, terms, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to refine regional growth strategies and improve product adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records in Salesforce.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback to inform product and company strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of outside sales experience selling complex solutions to automotive dealerships, OEMs, or dealer groups.
  • Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong network of dealership contacts and relationships within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
  • Consultative, solution-based selling experience aligned to client business needs.
  • Experience with pipeline development, sales strategy, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience managing sales processes in Salesforce CRM and/or Outreach.
  • SaaS experience in automotive, mobility, or fleet management is preferred.
  • Experience selling subscription-based technology solutions to dealerships is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive retail operations and dealership profitability models is preferred.
  • Sales experience with OEMs is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
