Description

  • Work with global alliance managers to improve co-sell support and scale through resources, automation, and analytical insights.
  • Proactively identify top accounts and customers for dbt Labs sales teams to prioritize with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Facilitate engagements between dbt Labs/Fivetran and partner sales counterparts, including account workshops and joint opportunity reviews.
  • Connect sales teams with the right partner contacts to support solution selling and a strong customer experience.
  • Support pipeline creation and revenue growth across all three hyperscaler partnerships.
  • Conduct informational interviews with partner teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to assess what is working and where improvements are needed.
  • Monitor hyperscaler ecosystem trends and translate findings into recommendations for alliance leadership.
  • Own account mapping across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including overlap, co-sell propensity, and expansion potential.
  • Track alliance health, pipeline contribution, and program performance across cloud providers.
  • Help design, test, and refine new alliance programs, playbooks, sales resources, and analytical frameworks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or partner-facing role.
  • BDR, SDR, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Some exposure to alliances, partnerships, or co-sell motions is preferred.
  • Comfort working with data and using tools like Salesforce, Excel, or similar to analyze accounts, track pipeline, or identify trends.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Glean, Notion AI, or similar to accelerate analysis and research.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information for senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about the data and cloud ecosystem, with familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Willingness to do research such as informational interviews, account mapping, and competitive analysis.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.
