Description

  • Evaluate business and product requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams.
  • Support mid-market and enterprise clients throughout the sales and technical evaluation process.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
  • Set up trials and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate company products and services.
  • Collaborate with customer and sales teams to understand requirements and provide sales support.
  • Research, develop, and modify products to meet customer technical needs.
  • Help customers troubleshoot installed products and recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Solicit, log, and analyze client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Train other sales team members on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT software.
  • Knowledge of databases, CRM systems, and programming languages.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and technical sales skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their role in business processes.
  • Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
