Description

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements that improve enterprise customers’ social media operations and performance.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on social intelligence, cross-platform analytics, ROI, and brand performance.
  • Create custom reports, executive presentations, playbooks, workflow audits, and strategy workshops.
  • Support influencer marketing, social customer care, and employee advocacy use cases.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations across Sprout’s Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing products.
  • Guide customers through implementation design, setup, training, validation, onboarding, and change management.
  • Configure account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated message-routing rules.
  • Deliver English- and Spanish-language consulting, presentations, implementation guidance, and product training.
  • Manage multiple customer projects, timelines, deliverables, and internal service workflows.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Experience creating custom consulting deliverables, executive playbooks, and strategic reporting frameworks.
  • Experience training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation, change management, and customer-value delivery.
  • Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Preferred experience in a social agency, enterprise brand social role, or SaaS consulting practice.
  • Preferred expertise in influencer marketing, social customer care, employee advocacy, social intelligence, or listening metrics.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and data-literacy skills.

  • Hiring range of $77,600–$97,000 annually, with geographic salary bands up to $128,000.
