Description

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain DBSync products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with customer and sales teams to understand requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generate sales leads, follow up with prospects, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, and complete sales.
  • Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Assist customers with product issues and recommend improved or upgraded solutions.
  • Solicit and log client feedback and use it to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues and potential solutions to upper management.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Train other sales team members on the technical aspects of DBSync products and services.
  • Evaluate business and product requirements, generate functional specifications, and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
  • 5 years of experience in IT software, including knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages.
  • Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes.
