Description

  • Create technical solution content, including walkthroughs, deep dives, and qualification guides.
  • Deliver internal and external webinars, events, presentations, and enablement programs.
  • Identify and develop field leaders for Cyber Resilience initiatives.
  • Support customer calls, demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive briefings, and strategy sessions.
  • Advise account teams on qualifying and positioning Cyber Resilience opportunities.
  • Monitor Everpure, partner, and competitor product developments.
  • Influence the solutions roadmap through field feedback, testing, and collaboration with Solutions Architects and Product Management.
  • Provide expert post-sales assistance and participate in field testing and solution documentation.
  • Partner with sales, systems engineering, channel, alliance, and corporate teams to align initiatives and share feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of information technology pre-sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, and storage.
  • Deep Cyber Resilience expertise, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and data protection solutions.
  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance requirements across multiple industries.
  • Experience with data protection products such as Commvault, Veeam, Dell EMC, or Rubrik.
  • Familiarity with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, IAM, and related security tools.
  • Strong technical, tactical problem-solving, complex engineering design, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and teach systems engineers and account executives.
  • Experience with Public Sector customers preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM or opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce; CISSP or SSCP certification and publications or social media presence are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and elsewhere in the United States or internationally.
