Description

  • Assist with product demonstrations of DBSync’s data integration solutions.
  • Support lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align customer experiences with solution sales strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic technical guidance with senior team support.
  • Stay current on DBSync product features, SaaS trends, and data integration technologies.
  • Gather customer feedback and help develop strategies to improve product adoption.
  • Build technical sales capabilities through training, mentorship, and self-directed learning.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in SaaS, IT sales, or a related technical sales support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn data integration, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and passion for technology.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, MSD, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.
  • Availability to work the U.S. shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
