Description

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, trial setups, and proof-of-concepts to explain DBSync products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with customer and sales teams to understand client requirements and provide pre-sales technical support.
  • Evaluate business and product requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team throughout the solution and delivery process.
  • Research, develop, and modify products to meet customer technical requirements and needs.
  • Support customers with product issues and recommend improvements or upgrades where needed.
  • Collect, log, and analyze client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues and proposed solutions to upper management.
  • Train sales team members on the technical aspects of DBSync products and services.
  • Own and drive new features from high-level requirements through operational delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT software, including knowledge of databases, CRM systems, and programming languages.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and technical sales skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ERP integrations.
  • Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and how they are applied in business processes.
