Description

  • Own and organize the product backlog by refining, tagging, prioritizing, and preparing tickets for engineering.
  • Translate product and clinical needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight specifications.
  • Coordinate product rituals, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Triage bug reports and feature requests, investigate impact and root causes, and track fixes through resolution.
  • Provide first-line technical support to clinical and operational teams and escalate complex issues to Engineering.
  • Coordinate QA and UAT, verify fixes, and confirm features are ready for release.
  • Maintain product specifications, workflows, known-issue documentation, and release notes.
  • Gather feedback through shadowing, interviews, and data analysis, and help define problem statements and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Clinical teams on product delivery and urgent operational needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, project management, QA, or a comparable operational role.
  • Professional experience in healthcare, preferably in care delivery or clinical software, is required.
  • Strong organizational, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and between clinical workflows and product requirements.
  • Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, ownership, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with EHR systems or care management/coordination platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, Claude, or Figma, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation, QA, and requirements.
  • Fully remote availability; candidates in New York, Philadelphia, or Boston are preferred.
  • Alignment with Daymark’s mission to improve cancer care; BLS certification and vaccination/testing compliance may be required for applicable roles.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Annual compensation of $100,000–$115,000, depending on location and experience.
  • Opportunity to support technology used by clinical and care teams in value-based cancer care.
