Description

  • Own clinician capacity planning, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
  • Manage gross margin and unit economics by connecting workforce performance to revenue and cost impact.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Translate forecasts and performance insights into priorities for Clinical, Recruiting, Credentialing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Oversee clinical review workflows, throughput, SLAs, and dependencies in partnership with Clinical leadership.
  • Continuously optimize access, utilization, retention, cost efficiency, margin, and scalability.
  • Build repeatable systems from messy, one-off processes and automate manual workflows.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and present recommendations to executives.
  • Monitor KPIs including clinician hiring, onboarding, available slots, attended sessions, and clinical outcomes.
  • Plan future supply and demand, identify risks early, and develop recovery plans for performance issues.

Requirements

  • Experience with workforce or capacity planning, including supply and demand forecasting, distributed or contract workforces, or service delivery teams.
  • Experience owning complex operational programs with accountability for revenue, gross margin, retention, utilization, or cost outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including independently investigating data, identifying root causes, and converting insights into action.
  • Business and financial acumen, with an understanding of operational impacts on revenue, unit economics, and gross margin.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage priorities without direct authority.
  • Strong self-directed prioritization across multiple urgent workflows.
  • Track record of creating documented, repeatable operational systems.
  • Practical use of AI for analysis, automation, process improvement, and reducing manual work.
  • Hands-on approach to dashboards, case investigation, data reconciliation, lightweight fixes, and process testing.
  • Strong executive communication and ability to clearly explain recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • Experience with SQL, Google Apps Script, Looker, BI tools, workflow automation, or lightweight internal tools preferred.
  • Experience in telehealth, behavioral health, K-12, health plan partnerships, or complex healthcare operations preferred.
