Description

  • Develop the strategy for supporting merchants after they go live on DoorDash.
  • Reduce operational friction by delivering fast, seamless solutions to merchant issues.
  • Use data and business judgment to design, launch, and execute initiatives that improve the merchant experience.
  • Analyze results and iterate on programs and processes.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics.
  • Build alignment and influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
  • Own initiatives from strategy through execution and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, or technology.
  • Experience leading transformation in fast-paced or complex environments.
  • Experience managing teams and driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, ownership, and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including first-principles thinking and challenging the status quo.
  • Analytical ability, including pulling data with SQL or building models in Excel.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity and an interest in continuous innovation and improvement.
