Description

  • Build core Dataiku DSS features across areas such as data preparation, AI and machine learning, data consumption, data visualization, MLOps, platform infrastructure, or AI governance.
  • Develop tools for data integration, transformation, cataloging, notebooks, SQL workbenches, and APIs.
  • Add LLM-enabled capabilities for data workflows, insights, compliance, and user experiences.
  • Optimize workflows and processing for large-scale datasets, scalability, latency, and database support.
  • Collaborate on next-generation AI and machine learning features, including forecasting and LLM inference.
  • Work with research and engineering teams on machine learning experiments and new model integrations.
  • Enhance collaborative workspaces, dashboards, and visualization experiences for end users.
  • Build automation and monitoring capabilities for ML model retraining, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Expand support for new databases, cloud platforms, data sources, and processing engines.
  • Contribute to secure, scalable platform development and cross-functional product collaboration.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in software engineering and building real products.
  • Hiring is open to junior, mid, and senior levels.
  • Strong interest in combining backend performance with exceptional frontend user experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with large-scale engineering challenges.
  • Experience with one or more relevant technologies depending on team focus, such as Java, Python, Angular, AngularJS, React, Node.js, Spring, D3.js, ECharts, Kubernetes, Docker, Spark, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with data science, machine learning, or AI technologies such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is relevant for some teams.
  • Availability to work onsite/hybrid from the Amsterdam office or fully remote from anywhere in the Netherlands.
  • Stack-agnostic mindset and adaptability across different technical domains.
  • Preferred familiarity with data integration, visualization, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, or AI governance domains.
