Description

  • Retain and grow existing customers by driving adoption, value realization, and renewal protection.
  • Identify account risk early and manage renewals across the assigned book of business.
  • Develop account strategies to map buying centers and engage stakeholders across each customer organization.
  • Acquire new customers through inbound conversion and selective outbound prospecting motions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and deal execution across the pipeline.
  • Lead internal alignment across Renewal Managers, ADRs, CSEs, SEs, Partner Managers, and Services.
  • Run executive business reviews and quarterly/semi-quarterly reviews to align teams on outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and uncover whitespace for expansion within accounts.
  • Lead the transition to the new support model to improve adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven closing experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment, owning the pipeline end to end.
  • Track record of driving renewals and expansion within a book of business.
  • Strong command of structured qualification and accurate forecasting.
  • Confidence in structured discovery, qualification, and repeatable prospecting motions.
  • Solution sales mindset with strong relationship-building skills across new and existing stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally and align internal teams and partners.
  • Credible trusted advisor who can educate prospects and customers on AI and analytics solutions.
  • Ability to engage line-of-business stakeholders and uncover business pains beyond purely technical IT discussions.
  • Experience selling into Health Care and Life Sciences is an added bonus.

  • Base salary range of $150,000–$160,000 USD for U.S. national roles.
