Description

Lead the execution of small initiatives and support larger recruiting operations projects under leadership guidance.
Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries involving system and process issues through detailed investigation and troubleshooting.
Assist with updates, administration, and testing of the ATS and recruiting technology stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement tasks and operational changes.
Support TA onboarding, offboarding, training, and University Recruiting enablement for talent systems.
Coordinate and execute assigned programmatic recruiting operations tasks.
Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources for stakeholder insights.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and system accuracy.
Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

Remote candidates from any U.S. location are eligible to apply.
Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting operations processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under moderate supervision.
Basic project management skills to support talent acquisition initiatives.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach across functions.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using multiple data sources.
Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and how systems and reporting improve efficiency and quality.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Hourly contract availability for the June-December term, with the possibility of extension or shortening.

Benefits

Hourly contract role with pay ranging from $30 to $60 USD depending on location zone.
Eligibility for annual performance bonus.
