Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business executives, program managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive value-based growth within a strategic enterprise account.
  • Expand Databricks' footprint into new business units and use cases.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Track customer information, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Sell through a solution-based approach and communicate value to customers and system integrators.
  • Promote Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
  • Prioritize opportunities and leverage internal resources effectively.
  • Develop an internal and external plan for account success.
  • Lead go-to-market campaigns in Fortune 500 accounts and guide deals to shorten decision cycles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in larger accounts.
  • Previous field sales experience in big data, cloud, SaaS, and consumption-based selling motions.
  • Experience managing a small set of enterprise accounts rather than a broad territory.
  • Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision makers at local accounts.
  • Ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based business benefits.
  • Experience succeeding in an early-stage company with limited oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with big data, advanced analytics, and AI is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work from a highly preferred location of Remote - Cincinnati, with other listed remote Midwest locations also considered.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $311,600 to $428,450 USD.
