Description

  • Evangelise Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform and introduce the Databricks brand to enterprise accounts across all industries.
  • Prospect, identify, and source new sales opportunities to build pipeline independently and with the SDR team.
  • Engage business and technical decision-makers and guide them through the evaluation and buying process.
  • Exceed individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets.
  • Work with local partners including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs to drive business.
  • Drive customer success and identify upsell opportunities within existing customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy for ANZ across all industries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise and/or digital native customers in ANZ.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales roles, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
  • Demonstrable experience selling innovation, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
  • Experience using a solution- and business-outcomes-focused sales approach such as Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, or Challenger Sale.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex cloud and big data technologies and their business value.
  • Experience selling in the ANZ market.
  • Background in big data, cloud, or SaaS technology is preferred.
