Description

  • Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts and drive territory growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue and consumption targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and align solutions to business objectives.
  • Identify and expand high-value use cases to increase platform adoption and portfolio growth.
  • Mobilize and lead internal expert teams across the account ecosystem.
  • Guide complex commercial negotiations and secure successful deal outcomes.
  • Navigate the French manufacturing market and convert technical requirements into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and leverage partner ecosystems to support account strategy.
  • Identify key use cases and buying centers within manufacturing to increase Databricks’ impact.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling Data & AI, Big Data, or complex cloud-based solutions to large enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs within the French Manufacturing sector.
  • Experience handling complex software deals with multiple stakeholders and high-value contracts.
  • Strong understanding of consumption-based land-and-expand sales models.
  • Experience creating market demand and delivering measurable business value to clients.
  • Mastery of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or Command of the Message, with accurate forecasting ability.
  • Ability to build champions and lead collaborative internal teams to execute territory plans.
  • Experience in strategic partner management and leveraging a partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to identify critical use cases and buying centers within manufacturing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites and industry/company events regionally and internationally.
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English.
