Description

  • Take 5-10 warm, pre-qualified strategy calls per week with buyers filtered through a setter.
  • Sell consultatively to financial advisors and firm owners.
  • Help build the sales playbook with the founder, including objection handling libraries, follow-up sequences, and CRM workflows.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and send contracts to close deals.
  • Track and report weekly close rates and review post-call outcomes with the team.
  • Support the development of the company’s sales function from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience selling retainers, coaching, consulting, or financial services.
  • A documented 25%+ close rate on all warm leads, not cherry-picked.
  • Comfort selling consultatively to sophisticated buyers.
  • A proven track record of $150k+ per year in performance-based compensation before this role.
  • A builder mindset with experience helping shape sales processes at a previous company.
  • U.S.-based with availability during U.S. business hours.
  • CT timezone overlap required.
  • This role is not a fit for candidates who need a fully built playbook or want a non-commission 9-to-5 role.
