Description

  • Hit and exceed Lakewatch ARR and pipeline targets within the assigned coverage area.
  • Build a durable, data-driven Lakewatch business.
  • Replace or reduce legacy SIEM and log management tools while helping customers lower costs and maintain or improve detection and response outcomes.
  • Establish Lakewatch as the strategic security data platform in key accounts by driving broad security telemetry ingestion and retention.
  • Co-own strategy and execution for high-impact SIEM and security analytics deals with core account executives and Cyber SMEs.
  • Track revenue, pipeline, and competitive trends, then turn insights into focused account plans and repeatable plays.
  • Enable account executives to independently qualify and position Lakewatch.
  • Represent Lakewatch externally and internally by creating references, stories, and enablement materials.
  • Partner with regional account teams to progress and close opportunities in a specialist overlay role.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven success selling security or observability platforms such as SIEM, log analytics, security data lakes, or XDR.
  • Strong understanding of modern security operations and data architectures.
  • Ability to sell to both technical and business stakeholders, including SOC analysts, architects, CISOs, CIOs, and line-of-business leaders.
  • Experience in a specialist or overlay sales role partnering with core account executives.
  • Executive presence and technical fluency, including comfort whiteboarding solutions and leading C-level conversations.
  • Strong value-selling and storytelling skills across discovery, business case development, competitive positioning, and close.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
