Description

  • Own partner operations workstreams end-to-end, including process execution, systems management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Scope and lead mid-sized, moderately complex or ambiguous projects independently while managing priorities and escalation points.
  • Influence Directors and Sr. Directors across Partner Sales, Alliances, Finance, IT, and Marketing with data-backed recommendations.
  • Build AI-powered solutions such as automated dashboards, workflow automations, and decision-support tools to reduce manual toil.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks and design automation to streamline internal partner workflows.
  • Create standardized, automated playbooks for repeatable partner processes.
  • Own business and technical requirements for Salesforce and JIRA enhancements and partner with IT on system improvements and interoperability.
  • Define success metrics for process changes and evaluate upstream and downstream impacts before rollout.
  • Own data integrity initiatives through cleansing, audits, validation, and governance across partner datasets.
  • Lead project intake, discovery, and requirements gathering for new Partner Ops and GTM initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from intake through delivery, resolving blockers and dependencies across IT, GTM, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Build self-serve reporting and respond to escalated data inquiries related to leads, pipeline, partner performance, and specializations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in operations, business operations, partner operations, or strategy & operations.
  • Experience working across 2+ functions at an enterprise technology or cloud/SaaS company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, reporting, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with 2+ complex systems that span beyond your team, such as Salesforce, JIRA, Databricks SQL, or partner portals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of data quality principles.
  • Ability to apply business and functional context, including GTM model, partner ecosystem dynamics, and financial implications, to recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment and influencing Directors and Sr. Directors.
  • Ability to scope and lead moderately complex or ambiguous projects independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating Director+ level presentations, decision documents, and proposals.
  • Preferred experience in PRM, cloud/SaaS, data platform, or enterprise software.
  • Preferred familiarity with partner ecosystem models and GTM motions, including SI, ISV, cloud, and technology partners.
  • Preferred familiarity with PRM platforms such as WorkSpan or Salesforce for co-sell motions.
  • Preferred experience in co-sell and pipeline collaboration.
  • Preferred exposure to workflow automation tools or approval/notification automations.
  • Preferred experience with BI and analytics tools such as Databricks SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Preferred exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Preferred basic Python or scripting experience for data manipulation and automation.
