Description

  • Summarize and compile property reports using proprietary software and production systems.
  • Coordinate with the internal Client Experience team to ensure client needs and deadlines are met.
  • Search property management records and use online research techniques to gather information.
  • Make phone calls and send emails to request missing information or order details.
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with product standards.
  • Enter, access, and retrieve data using computer systems.
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and files.
  • Write business correspondence and support communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Use Adobe Acrobat to compile and edit reports.
  • Maintain productivity and quality KPIs and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience, such as customer service or research.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be located in an eligible remote-hire state: FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, or VA.
  • Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • Preferred experience in the title industry with familiarity with municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, and release tracking.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry, typing, and proven technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google, Adobe, and other related computer software.
  • Ability to keep information confidential and work independently.
  • Friendly, helpful demeanor and general computer savvy.
