Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, insights, and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics for stakeholders and management.
  • Support project management activities by tracking progress, identifying issues, and helping ensure timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams on business operations and strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging healthtech technologies.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and analysis to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Partner with the Talent team on hiring and recruitment activities, including participating in interviews.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and help reinforce a collaborative company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; STEM degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
  • Experience within the STEM field is required.
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Excel experience is required; SQL experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, work independently, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone and be available to work 9-6 pm ET.
  • Must be available for on-call duty, rotating weekend shifts, occasional holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Must attend headquarters in person approximately 2 times per year, with additional travel if applicable.
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization and no current or future need for employer sponsorship.

  • Base salary of $55,000-$62,000.
