Description

  • Develop and execute customer account strategies that align with defined KPIs including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer organizations and aligning their needs to Daniels Health solutions.
  • Create and maintain account blueprints documenting contract terms and expirations, services and products provided, buying groups, and other key account information.
  • Lead project management and cross-functional problem-solving to drive outcomes for customers, coordinating with operations, sales, logistics, and finance.
  • Deliver ongoing in-service education and training to clinical staff on products and services related to safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance, and education.
  • Provide product expertise across the full service offering and support new product installations or new program implementations at customer sites.
  • Assist with waste policy capture, design, review, annual assessment, and policy adjustments aligned with customers' strategic goals.
  • Conduct routine audits against contractual KPIs, prepare pre-work audits and data assessments, and support quarterly business reviews with strategic recommendations and process improvements.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to healthcare customers.
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills with confidence in value-based selling.
  • Outstanding computer-based skills, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work remotely with regular travel to customers within the assigned territory (primarily Florida and the Carolinas).
  • Project management and problem-solving capabilities, including conducting audits, data assessment, and stakeholder feedback collation.
  • Ability to provide product expertise, conduct clinical staff education, and support new program implementations at customer sites.
