Description

  • Provide day-to-day support to clients and the VP of Account Management for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage communication across assigned projects.
  • Manage program- and case-related questions, issue detection and resolution, and department escalations.
  • Facilitate implementation meetings, configure client profiles, manage user access permissions, and coordinate go-live requirements.
  • Lead regular performance reviews, address client inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  • Generate, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and handle ad hoc data requests.
  • Support the sales pipeline by joining scoping meetings, preparing pricing models, and assisting with RFP/RFI responses and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate contract renewals with legal teams.
  • Partner with IT and Product teams on system enhancements and user testing based on client and operational feedback.
  • Coordinate audits, security assessments, and remediation plans with compliance and regulatory teams.
  • Align client capacity needs with recruitment priorities to help ensure network coverage meets regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Clinical experience preferred, such as LPB, RN, or CPHT.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in account management or account management support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency to meet client expectations.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and report data.
  • Experience in Workers’ Comp, Health Plan, PBM Utilization Review, Managed Care, or Claims preferred.
  • Experience navigating web-based systems efficiently.
