Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for American authors.
  • Provide customer success support throughout the publishing process.
  • Coordinate work between authors, editors, designers, and management.
  • Help ensure books are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Follow established publishing processes and procedures.
  • Support the successful publication of books across the team.
  • Maintain clear communication with authors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent spoken communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in customer success or project management.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work with American authors.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • The position includes a base salary plus high bonuses.
