Description

  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans based on statements of work and customer business goals.
  • Lead project-level engagements from initiation through successful closure.
  • Own customers’ implementation journey from post-sales through go-live.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives, and serve as a strategic advisor.
  • Guide customers on automation best practices, architectural patterns, and governance processes.
  • Manage project budgets up to $500k and keep delivery within scope and budget.
  • Oversee 5+ project resources across internal, partner, and customer teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
  • Drive timelines, assess technical and non-technical risks, and create mitigation plans.
  • Deliver weekly status reports and lead status calls with internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Evangelize Workato’s GEARS Framework and delivery methodology, and contribute assets to improve delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm, large-scale system integrator, or software company.
  • Experience managing 2-3 project resources and project budgets up to $500k USD.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Actively working toward one agile delivery certification, such as SPC, CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agile.
  • Experience in commercial business accounts, with 1-3 enterprise accounts preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain director/VP-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts, ARR, and expansion services.
  • iPaaS or integration experience preferred, with the ability to explain functional and non-functional requirements to different stakeholders.
