Description

  • Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or similar.
  • Integrate AI agents into QA workflows for test case generation, regression analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Create and execute end-to-end, integration, and regression tests for critical business flows such as transactions, onboarding, and WhatsApp API messaging.
  • Define and maintain QA pipelines within the team’s CI/CD cycle.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on acceptance criteria and test coverage strategies early in development.
  • Track and analyze quality metrics such as production bug rate, test coverage, and time-to-detection, and turn findings into process improvements.
  • Work with modern architectures including REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices during testing and validation.
  • Support quality efforts in fast-paced projects with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation.
  • Experience with web automation tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating or experimenting with AI agents in development or testing workflows, such as Claude Code or Copilot.
  • Solid understanding of modern software architectures, including REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
  • Experience setting up or working within CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
  • SQL knowledge for data validation and transaction traceability is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog or Sentry is a nice to have.
  • Experience with performance or load testing tools such as k6, Locust, or Artillery is a plus.
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required.
