Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test scenarios across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Implement performance, load, and stress testing to validate system stability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues effectively.
  • Analyze test results and quality trends and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support leadership with quality analysis across the value stream.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit.
  • Proficiency with API testing tools, including Java plus an HTTP client framework.
  • Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
