Description

  • Give continuous follow-up to collaborators assigned to different projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project leaders about assignment performance and progress.
  • Detect risks, issues, and areas for improvement related to performance, engagement, communication, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate timely escalation and follow-up with the appropriate internal teams when potential incidents arise.
  • Build trusting relationships with both clients and assigned collaborators throughout the full assignment cycle.
  • Track feedback, evaluations, agreements, and action plans to support continuity and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Recruiting, People, Operations, and technical leaders.
  • Support new-collaborator onboarding and ensure required processes and activities are completed.
  • Monitor course and training updates in BambooHR to keep collaborators current on required learning.
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and insights for managers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, People Operations, Talent Experience, HRBP, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting clients and/or talent in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving-oriented profile.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to detect risks and communicate them in a timely manner.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred experience in technology, staffing, nearshore, or IT services companies.
  • Ability to present information, metrics, and results clearly to leaders and managers.
  • Experience with tracking and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, Trello, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with metrics and follow-up reporting.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve processes, communication, and productivity.
  • Advanced English.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday.
  • Remote availability.
  • Preferred experience working with distributed teams across LATAM.
