Description

  • Own daily coordination and follow-through for FC Problem Solver tasks, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, visibility, and resolution status.
  • Manage the intake and ticketing workflow by prioritizing incoming requests, routing work appropriately, and tracking items through resolution.
  • Verify and close operational tasks accurately while maintaining documented action plans for unresolved work.
  • Proactively escalate blockers, risks, and stalled tasks with the context needed for leadership action.
  • Build and maintain reporting on open work, resolution timelines, recurring issues, and FC Problem Solver performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SMEs, Account Managers, and FC leadership to provide timely communication and operational updates.
  • Support accountability and communication across fulfillment center operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Protect brand and fulfillment operations by ensuring issues are followed through to completion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing task tracking, work queues, or project coordination in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficiency with workflow and task management tools such as Process Street, ticketing systems, or similar operational platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise status updates and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize a high-volume queue of operational tasks while maintaining urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce, fulfillment center, or 3PL operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, WMS platforms, or AI-assisted operational workflows is preferred.
  • Must have a remote work-from-home setup with a desktop or laptop meeting minimum system requirements, including at least an Intel i3 or equivalent processor, 4GB RAM, and Windows 10 or macOS.
  • Must provide dual monitors, a PC headset, and a HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
  • Must have a strong, stable internet connection with 10 Mbps or higher wired service.
