Description

  • Operar y mantener en producción la plataforma de forecasting de demanda y optimización de horarios.
  • Garantizar que los pipelines de machine learning corran de forma confiable en AWS y resolver incidentes de forma proactiva.
  • Gestionar despliegues de modelos y servicios con Docker, CI/CD e infraestructura como código.
  • Refactorizar y mejorar código Python existente para optimizar rendimiento, mantenibilidad y cobertura de pruebas.
  • Monitorear servicios y pipelines con CloudWatch y herramientas equivalentes.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de data science para integrar nuevas versiones de modelos al entorno productivo.
  • Participar en revisiones de código y aplicar buenas prácticas de Git y pytest.
  • Documentar configuraciones, decisiones de infraestructura y procedimientos operativos.

Requirements

  • 3–5 años de experiencia en roles de MLOps, DevOps o infraestructura de ML.
  • Experiencia demostrable manteniendo pipelines de machine learning en producción sobre AWS.
  • Sólida experiencia en Python 3.12, incluyendo pandas, Polars, numpy, scikit-learn y XGBoost.
  • Capacidad para refactorizar código ajeno y trabajar sobre código existente.
  • Experiencia con AWS Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, SageMaker y ECR.
  • Experiencia con Docker para build y debug de imágenes.
  • Experiencia con CI/CD en Azure DevOps o herramientas equivalentes como GitHub Actions o GitLab CI.
  • Experiencia leyendo y editando SAM y CloudFormation.
  • Dominio de Git por ramas, PRs y pruebas unitarias con pytest.
  • Perfil proactivo, con capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma.
  • Conocimiento de Glue, EventBridge o MLflow (deseable).
  • Experiencia con multiprocessing en Python (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de OR-Tools o CP-SAT para optimización con restricciones (deseable).
  • Experiencia con Snowflake o DevSecOps (deseable).
