Description

  • Manage software development projects to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
  • Translate business objectives into clear functional requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Define work plans, priorities, and activity follow-up across multiple projects.
  • Lead, motivate, and support multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage risks, blockers, and conflict resolution during project execution.
  • Track project status continuously and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper validation and release of software products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for digital processes and products.
  • Coordinate user training and functional support when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software development projects.
  • Experience working with development, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of technology project management and requirements gathering.
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced conversational and written English.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and critical thinking skills.
  • Customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Remote availability.
  • Availability to work with teams in LATAM and the United States.
  • Experience in digital projects or software development is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, Asana, Monday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar documentation and tracking tools.
