Description

  • Source candidates using multiple search platforms to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates through resume review, phone screening, and internal assessments to evaluate fit for client roles.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, resumes, correspondence, and reference requests for client submission.
  • Manage the interview and selection process from initial assessment through final placement.
  • Define job descriptions and document role specifications with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and update project documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor active recruitment projects, track progress, and prepare status reports for Recruitment Managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and share assessment or interview outcomes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational goals, and role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, present shortlisted candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility.
  • Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting mortgage industry roles, including Mortgage Brokers, Credit Analysts, Loan Processors, and Parabrokers.
  • Strong client management experience with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
  • Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable and HubSpot CRM.
  • Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours.

Benefits

  • Base salary of ZAR 18,300 to ZAR 21,500 per month.
  • Incentives and commissions on placements.
  • Remote full-time role.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM SA time.
  • HMO coverage after 3 months.
