Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address departmental staffing requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, scaling team size based on hiring volume and needs.
  • Own candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to deliver a positive experience.
  • Use recruitment data to generate insights, maintain data hygiene, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate both technical fit and cultural fit during candidate assessments.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience with recruitment teams (preferred).
