Description

  • Support product planning and sprint preparation.
  • Convert product ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain roadmap discipline and help coordinate sprint goals.
  • Manage release scope, delivery status, and release governance.
  • Work with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain delivery documentation and prepare release notes and internal enablement material.
  • Capture customer feedback and convert it into structured product inputs.
  • Ensure work is ready for AI-assisted development and QA execution.
  • Track delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Support the weekly sprint cadence.

Requirements

  • Experience in product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery.
  • Experience working with software development teams.
  • Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong organisational discipline.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of SaaS product delivery.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-first environment.
  • Experience with CRM, BI, SaaS, or workflow products (preferred).
  • Experience with agile delivery, Jira or similar tools, product documentation, release management, customer feedback management, AI tools, or early-stage product teams (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary of Php 200,000 - 350,000 per month.
  • Independent contractor employment.
  • NZ hours and holidays.
