Description

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract healthcare professionals for state and local government contracts.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
Track recruiting performance against metrics such as time-to-fill and submission coverage.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in an ATS.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages within contract terms.
Collaborate with internal managers and government client representatives to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Partner with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and client-specific requirements are met.
Stay current on healthcare labor market trends and government healthcare regulatory changes.

Requirements

3–6 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
At least 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
Prior experience staffing government contracts or working in the SLED space.
Ability to manage multiple candidate requisitions simultaneously.
Experience in correctional, behavioral health, or school settings is highly preferred.
Experience working in an offshore model.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and Google Workspace.
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and metric-driven environment.
