Description

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract healthcare professionals for state and local government contracts.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Track recruiting performance against metrics such as time-to-fill and submission coverage.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in an ATS.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages within contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal managers and government client representatives to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Partner with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and client-specific requirements are met.
  • Stay current on healthcare labor market trends and government healthcare regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience staffing government contracts or working in the SLED space.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience in correctional, behavioral health, or school settings is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in an offshore model.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and metric-driven environment.
